- Gerenciar o back-end do Livestream (por exemplo, distribuição de moedas para realização de lives, garantir a criação de lembretes das lives pelo time comercial, seleção de fotos de vendedores para exposição de banners);
- Acompanhar lives e oferecer suporte aos vendedores, quando necessário;
- Ser ponto focar entre os clusters e o time de Seller Lives BD;
- Acompanhar os eventos para vendedores "Shopee na estrada" e oferecer capacitação para os vendedores melhorarem a qualidade e o engajamento de suas lives;
- Gerar ideias inovadoras para ajudar vendedores a se destacarem na plataforma;
- Identificar oportunidades e compreender pontos de dores dos vendedores em relação as Lives na plataforma da Shopee.
