Key Account Manager Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to lead our strategic relationships with key accounts. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining these partnerships, driving growth within the platform, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Main Responsibilities Manage and develop strategic relationships with key account sellers; Negotiate mutually beneficial agreements to expand our presence in the market; Oversee the integration of technology solutions, facilitating seamless onboarding and collaboration with partners and key account sellers; Lead the sales management process, setting targets, monitoring performance, and coaching the team to achieve sales objectives and exceed revenue goals; Analyze market trends and customer insights to create tailored commercial strategies for key account sellers. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, or a related field, with a strong track record in managing key accounts and partnerships; Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the e-commerce or technology industry, with a focus on key account seller management and partnership development; Proven ability to negotiate and close deals with high-value clients, demonstrating excellent interpersonal and communication skills; Solid understanding of technology integrations and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation; Effective sales management experience, including setting and achieving targets, managing a sales team, and implementing sales strategies; Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills; Adaptable to a fast-paced environment with a strategic mindset and the ability to think creatively to solve complex problems.
