**ABOUT THE POSITION**
As a Senior Sales Relationship Executive, you will play a critical role in driving AMORIM’s commercial growth. This senior individual contributor role is ideal for a results-oriented professional who thrives on building strong client relationships while identifying and securing new business opportunities across global markets.
You’ll act as a trusted advisor to international clients, bridging the gap between their goals and AMORIM’s tailored solutions. This is a strategic, high-impact role for someone who can balance business development with long-term account nurturing.
**YOUR DAY-TO-DAY**
Your daily tasks will include:
- Lead proactive outreach and relationship-building efforts to grow our client base, with a focus on international B2B/B2C clients.
- Identify high-value opportunities for expansion through prospecting, networking, and strategic market analysis.
- Own the full sales cycle — from initial engagement to contract negotiation and closing.
- Strengthen existing client partnerships through regular engagement, upselling, and cross-selling relevant services.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver integrated, client-specific solutions.
- Serve as the primary relationship contact for key accounts, ensuring satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term growth.
- Consistently exceed individual revenue targets and contribute to the company’s broader commercial strategy.
**THE PERSON WE'RE LOOKING FOR**
- A senior-level professional with 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management.
- Skilled in new business acquisition and/or nurturing long-term client relationships.
- Confident in managing complex sales processes with multiple stakeholders.
- Fluent in English (other languages are a plus).
- Familiar with working across cultures and international markets.
- A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Driven, proactive, and comfortable in fast-paced, high-performance environments.
