Job DescriptionAs a Senior Associate, you will work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive tax and consulting experience, helping clients meet their individual income tax compliance obligations. You will address complex tax issues from strategy to execution, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. Responsibilities include: Assisting clients in their individual income tax compliance obligations, including preparation of individual income tax computations and returns, and handling correspondence with the respective tax authorities. Resolving issues that prevent effective team working, even during times of change and uncertainty. Coaching others and encouraging them to take ownership of their development. Analyzing complex ideas or proposals and building a range of meaningful recommendations. Addressing sub-standard work or work that does not meet company/client expectations. Developing a perspective on key global trends, including globalization, and how they impact the company and our clients. Managing a variety of viewpoints to build consensus and create positive outcomes for all parties. Focusing on building trusted relationships. Upholding the company's code of ethics and business conduct. QualificationsRequirements include: Interest in upskilling for a digital world and technology trends, openness to learning new tools and adapting how you work. Demonstrated commitment to valuing differences, developing and coaching diverse teams, and ensuring diverse perspectives are heard. Experience in expatriate tax. 5+ years of relevant experience for senior position. Proven ability to manage multiple assignments, clients, and staff. Strong analytical, organization, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure and a proactive attitude. Fluent in Portuguese and English. Education/Graduation: Business, Law, Economy, International Relations. Demonstrated business development skills and enthusiasm about contributing to the growth of the Global Mobility Services practice.
