Job Description As an Associate, you will work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and immigration experience, helping our clients solve their complex immigration issues from strategy to execution. Innovation forms a critical part of the role and you will be asked to continually reassess how we deliver immigration services to ensure the best experience for our clients and colleagues. Responsibilities Proactively manage a portfolio of clients, providing support and guidance throughout the immigration process Assist in administrative tasks and contribute to the successful delivery of large-scale projects Stay updated on local and national business, economic, and immigration‑related developments Conduct in‑person appointments at various locations, such as the Federal Police and Consulates, alongside immigrants Collaborate with Managers and above to ensure effective client management and project execution Qualifications Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's degree in a related field Required Fields of Study: Immigration Law, International Relations, Business Administration, or related fields Minimum Years of Experience: 1‑3 years of experience in immigration services or related field Certification(s) Required: Any relevant certifications in immigration law or related areas would be advantageous, but not mandatory Additional Information Location: Rio de Janeiro We are an equal opportunity employer that does not discriminate on the basis of any legally protected status.
