Our client, an e-commerce leader, is looking for a Tax Sr Associate (Logistic) to join their team in São Paulo. The individual will focus on support the tax manager in overseeing the Company's tax policies and objectives, including the identification and evaluation of tax risks. The professional main responsibilities will be provide internal tax advisory to the logistics business team, related to transportation taxation.

 Responsibilities

Support the Product Team (e.g. CTE Generator, MDFE, NFSe);

Colaborate with the tax compliance team;

Provide logistic business taxation understanding;

Write technical and non-technical tax research intern memos and presentations;

Oversee new transportation tax legislation, evaluate its implication to the company and drive adequacy implementation;

Analyze possible opportunities of tax saving and efficiency;

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in finance or related fields;

English - Intermediary/Advanced (able to communicate);

Intermediate Excel;

General knowledge of logistic operations;

Experience in transportation invoices - CTE and NFSe-, Sped Fiscal, MDFe;

ICMS Background;

Knowledge about transportation services in Brazil and its tax implications (e.g.: Subcontratação, Redespacho, Operador Logístico, Fulfillment, Cross Docking ("Centro de Coleta");
