Job Responsibilities:
  1. Familiarize with the entire sales process and operational pain points of the franchise brand team, establishing standardized operational processes to enhance team efficiency.
  2. Identify key points that constrain sales productivity, driving the product and research teams to build and implement sales tools.
  3. Develop merchant tool capabilities to enhance online operational efficiency for merchants.
  4. Use project management methods to ensure effective execution of key business processes and product capabilities.
Requirements:
  • More than 2 years of experience in merchant operations, promotion preparations, and sales team operations.
  • Proficient with data analysis software, capable of conducting multi-dimensional analysis and making informed business judgments.
  • Strong market insight, able to capture development trends and formulate strategies.
  • Good project management ability, with strong communication, expression, coordination, team consciousness, and organization skills.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in the food delivery industry and local-based service industry.
  • Proficient in using SQL or other data analysis tools.
  • Experience in merchant operations/strategy operations/product operations.
  • English/Portuguese language proficiency.
