Key Roles and Responsibilities

We're seeking a visionary leader to head up Product Operations for Messaging in Latin America. As part of this role, you will lead the LATAM Routing and Compliance team and work closely with stakeholders from Sales, Operator Sales & Partnerships and Procurement to ensure seamless messaging experiences for enterprises communicating with clients in Latin America.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for Product Operations (Routing and Compliance) for all LATAM countries
  • Lead and manage the LATAM SMS Product Operations team
  • Develop and execute strategies for connectivity roll out in the region together with Operator S&P and Procurement
  • Create and execute business plans for Local Product Operations teams
  • Collaborate with Sales, GTM, and other internal stakeholders to drive regional growth in messaging
  • Define ways of working with other teams in the region (sales, procurement, operator sales & partnerships, service implementation)

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product operations or related roles
  • Proven track record of managing and leading cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to analyze data and extract insights to inform business decisions
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Commercial mindset
  • Advanced English language proficiency (English is required for global teamwork)
  • Experience from A2P Wholesale business is highly valued
  • Experience working in fast-paced, global organizations is an asset
