Sales Strategic Planning and Operations LeadWe are seeking a Sales Strategic Planning and Operations Lead to join our team in Latin America. This role is responsible for developing collaborative partnerships with key stakeholders and partners within the region.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct impactful analyses on major revenue and product trends, including vertical performance, product adoption, leading revenue indications, team productivity and sales effectiveness, as well as external market and competitor analysis.
- Design and execute on planning process in partnership with regional and global business planning and operations teams, sales leaders and key cross-functional stakeholders across Latin America, to drive thoughtful strategy and resource budgeting plans.
- Support sales leadership on short-term and long-term projects including launch of new sales programs, segmentation and service models.
- Responsible for engaging with global and regional teams to run the Latin American quota setting process.
- Provide suggestions and recommendations on how to improve core business planning and operations processes such as planning, rhythm of the business, quota setting and work with regional and global teams to implement solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a skillset to manage a range of tasks, including, but not limited to, resource planning and analysis, business goal definition, data-driven business reviews, sales pipeline reporting and analysis, internal communications, adhoc data analysis, coordination and leadership of critical projects across the company, management of stakeholders and contribution to the team and values.
