
Latin America Regional Sales Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Director to lead our Latin American operations.
The ideal candidate will have direct experience in the bus or heavy-truck sector and a proven track record selling directly to fleet bus operators and municipal transport offices.
This is a high-impact role offering significant autonomy, regional expansion opportunities, and the chance to shape the future of sustainable transportation across Latin America.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and develop integrated sales and operations teams
- Drive revenue growth and market penetration across the region
- Develop and execute tender-winning strategies with final customers
- Report to senior leadership with connection to global sales guidance
This role requires a strategic thinker who can integrate sales and operations functions, assess expansion opportunities, build strong relationships, and establish a regional growth strategy.
Requirements- Industry Background: Direct experience in bus or heavy-truck sector (passenger car experience not considered)
- Customer Relationships: Proven track record selling directly to fleet bus operators and municipal transport offices
- P&L Management: Demonstrated experience managing profit & loss responsibility
- Location: São Paulo-based (within 1.5 hours of office location)
- Languages: Fluent Portuguese (Brazilian) and English
- Travel: Comfortable with frequent travel (primarily Brazil, regular regional trips)
