About the Role:

As a Desktop Support Technician, you will play a crucial role in supporting our client's IT infrastructure. You will be responsible for providing technical assistance to end-users, resolving hardware and software issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of their systems.


Responsibilities:

  • Responding to client support requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software issues, including networking problems.
  • Installing and maintaining computer hardware, peripherals, operating systems, and software applications.
  • Providing technical training and support to end-users.
  • Documenting and resolving technical issues effectively.
  • Ordering and managing IT supplies.


Qualifications:

Proven work experience as a Desktop Support Engineer or Support Technician. Advanced knowledge of computer hardware systems, chipsets, memory modules, and peripherals. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to travel and work after hours when necessary. Fluency in Portuguese and English.
