Come join us as we build, innovate and revolutionize financial services The Opportunity We are looking for an experienced engineer to join the Cybersecurity/IT Engineering team as a full-time Manager of IT. The ideal candidate is comfortable wearing many different hats including supporting end users, managing endpoints, automating identity and access management, and administering cloud-based IT systems and tools. A successful candidate will have demonstrated previous success in similar role(s) in rapidly growing, security-first environments. The right person is passionate about automation, scripting, and building infrastructure as code. Role responsibilities You will be a participant in the design, implementation and management of our growing corporate cloud first infrastructure and networks. You will have a passion for innovation and creative problem solving, as well as be adaptable to the ever-changing landscape of the corporate infrastructure environment. You will need to be a highly motivated, dependable and an experienced technologist who shares our passion and wants to be a part of a fast moving and highly execution-oriented team. You will work closely with Cybersecurity/IT peers and stakeholder teams including Customer Success, Marketing, Engineering and HR. You will be an excellent communicator and fast learner in a supportive environment to grow IT skills. This role reports to the Director of IT. About the role You will be customer-facing and the first line of support; you own support and you are passionate about providing an outstanding support experience to our employees — via Slack, Jira, etc. We’re all Mac. You are proficient at troubleshooting, using the terminal, and making macOS work in the enterprise. Responsibilities include procuring and delivering technology equipment, onboarding and offboarding employees, and documenting programs, policies and tools. You’ll support and manage SaaS applications (Google Workspace, Slack, Jamf Pro/Protect/Connect, Okta, Jira, etc.) and manage Mac endpoint and mobile device management tools (MDM/EMM, Jamf, etc.). You’ll contribute to improvements on IDP and SSO tools (GSuite, Okta, etc.), detail solutions, craft help articles, and automate busywork. Manage incidents, prioritize help desk tickets, and work on projects over sprints with Jira. You Bring 7+ years in SaaS systems administration: Jamf Pro, Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Jira, Netsuite. Ability to create automations using bash, zsh, python, etc. Experience with open source tools such as Nudge, CIS Benchmark scripts, SplashBuddy, Munki, etc. Ability to integrate SSO into Okta and create workflows in Okta; work with APIs and integrate systems; remote support across time zones; shipping and receiving hardware and customs. Excellent communication skills across media; ability to write clearly in tickets, email, and Slack. Clear, friendly, concise writing with cultural sensitivity; desire to provide a magical experience; solid security practices; knowledge of PGP; networking fundamentals; OSI model troubleshooting; self-management and multi-team prioritization. Nice to have Some familiarity with AWS; use of GAM and command-line tools; Jamf/Okta/Google Workspace certifications.
