This strategic role will implement scalable solutions to enhance LATAM Supply Chain, focusing on process optimization and output improvements tailored to the specific challenges of Retail and Operations in these countries. You will have the opportunity to shape the future of Amazon’s supply chain operations through data-driven insights and innovative solutions. Collaborating with Scientists, Developers, Supply Chain, and Operations teams, you will build scalable, high-impact products to improve business outcomes and enable global and local solutions. AIM is part of Amazon’s Supply Chain Optimization Technology (SCOT), dedicated to delivering the best customer experience while maximizing inventory investment, fulfillment assets, and transportation network efficiency for long-term free cash flow. We constantly seek innovation to improve customer satisfaction. Key job responsibilities Collaborate with internal teams to understand pain points and metrics, identify defects, and define system requirements. Develop end-to-end product strategies for supply chain optimization, emphasizing customer experience, automation, and LATAM-specific needs. Implement scalable solutions for weekly analytics on inventory metrics, including stock availability (SoROOS), Inventory Management, and Local In Stock (LIS) at various business levels. Lead product development for new solutions, tracking business and operational inputs to drive improvements for optimal results. Partner with cross-functional teams, including operations, category managers, and supply chain teams, to identify pain points and implement scalable solutions. Create and maintain product roadmaps with clear success metrics and deliverables. Basic Qualifications Experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology. Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Experience owning and defining product roadmaps. Experience delivering end-to-end product solutions. Experience managing product features and trade-offs. Prior experience as a product manager or owner. Experience managing technology products. Preferred Qualifications Ability to influence senior leadership through data-driven insights.
