Estamos em busca de um(a) Product Manager Sênior para atuar em nosso squad de Supply Chain, responsável por desenvolver e evoluir soluções que otimizem nossos processos logísticos, operacionais e de planejamento da cadeia de suprimentos. Esse papel é fundamental para garantir eficiência, escalabilidade e inovação em uma das áreas mais estratégicas do negócio. Principais responsabilidades: Definir e aprimorar a visão, estratégia e roadmap de produto do squad de Supply Chain. Conectar áreas de negócio, tecnologia e operações, traduzindo necessidades em soluções escaláveis e de alto impacto. Priorizar o backlog com base em dados, retorno para o negócio e feedback de stakeholders. Garantir alinhamento com outros squads e áreas, promovendo uma integração ponta a ponta da cadeia de suprimentos. Monitorar métricas de performance, identificar oportunidades de melhoria e propor soluções inovadoras. Conduzir processos de discovery, pesquisas com usuários internos e benchmarks de mercado. Colaborar com os times de engenharia e design na definição de requisitos e entrega contínua de valor. Requisitos: Experiência mínima de 2 anos como Product Manager, preferencialmente em Supply Chain, Operações ou Logística. Vivência em ambientes ágeis e atuação com times multidisciplinares. Capacidade analítica sólida, com decisões orientadas por dados. Excelente comunicação e habilidade para engajar stakeholders de diferentes níveis. Experiência na construção e gestão de roadmaps de produtos complexos. Conhecimento em metodologias de discovery e frameworks ágeis (Scrum, Kanban). Diferenciais: Familiaridade com sistemas de Supply Chain como WMS, OMS, TMS ou similares. Background em tecnologia ou operações logísticas. Conhecimento em OKRs, métricas de produto e análises quantitativas.
