Senior Business Development

Brunel is looking for a Senior Business Development for Brazil to work in a permanent position with one of our clients in São Paulo. The professional will be responsible for bringing new clients, developing them, negotiating and managing contracts.

Responsibilities:• Working as a Senior BD, based in São Paulo, but travelling on business to other States and eventually abroad. Focused on attracting clients and closing deals and contracts.• Maintenance of clients and accounts, maintaining constant and accurate professional relationships• Achieving the goals determined in your KPI.• Prepare and monitor project budgets.• Develop strategies to reach potential target customers.• Present progress reports on BD actions to the Commercial Director in Brazil

Requirements:• Academic Education: desirable degree in Civil Engineering; (Mechanical and Electrical Engineering can be in second place, if the prof. has the requested experience.• 10 years of experience as business development in infrastructure sector• Proven track record of success in negotiating contracts.• Excellent communication skills both written and oral in English• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.• To have a legal entity contract (CNPJ)
