Position SummaryAre you passionate about leveraging your deep relationships and sales skills to connect our luxury member hotels with premier travel agencies? As the Sales Coordinator, Brazil, you will join the Global Sales team, reporting to the Director of Travel Trade, Latin America. This role involves supporting the regional sales team through key account activities, event organization, data management, and daily coordination tasks.The ideal candidate will be a self-disciplined, dynamic, proactive, creative, positive-minded, and highly organized sales professional with strong communication skills. You will play a key role in strengthening client and hotel relationships, supporting strategic projects, and contributing to the overall sales success in the region.Through strategic planning and collaboration with colleagues and hoteliers, you will optimize revenue from the region for Leading's portfolio of over 400 independent luxury hotels worldwide. Demonstrating a commitment to excellence and a proven track record in strategic planning and successful implementation are essential.This full-time position is based in São Paulo City. We offer flexible workplace policies accommodating remote work, with candidates expected to travel to our São Paulo office two days a week.Essential Functional/Regional ResponsibilitiesPlease note that reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities to perform the following essential responsibilities:
Support Sales Managers and the Director in executing account development plans aligned with business needs.Assist with regional sales missions, roadshows, and events to maximize revenue for member hotels and elevate the LHW brand.Participate in industry events and tradeshows.Collaborate with group and corporate teams for cross-selling opportunities.Develop initiatives to surpass revenue targets for selected hotels.Identify new business opportunities in assigned territories.Coordinate with regional offices for strategic alignment.Provide logistical support for Latin America team events, including venue sourcing and invitations.Support webinars and hotel presentations for the regional team.Assist with data analysis and reporting to identify opportunities and track performance.Requirements, Experience, and QualificationsThe ideal candidate will have:
Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, marketing, or sales management.1-2 years of sales or hospitality experience, preferably with a luxury hotel brand.Knowledge of the Brazilian market and existing relationships are a plus.Familiarity with sales, marketing, and distribution technology.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build industry relationships.Willingness to travel for industry events and meetings.Skills and AbilitiesResults-oriented with strong organizational and planning skills.Ability to listen, analyze, and sell effectively.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
other languages are a plus.Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.Capable of translating market dynamics into actionable sales strategies.Proficient with CRM, reporting, and presentation tools.Ability to see both the big picture and details, translating insights into numbers.Strong work ethic, team spirit, and willingness to assist colleagues.Ability to represent and demonstrate LHW core values.Influence, build relationships, and demonstrate executive polish.Innovative mindset and proactive approach.Leader ResponsibilitiesInfluence change by challenging the status quo and proposing solutions.Connect to purpose and motivate others.Study market and business complexities to identify opportunities.Drive results with high aspirations and strategic planning.Explore and apply new insights for better outcomes.#J-18808-Ljbffr
