Responsibilities
  • Manage the Network Market Operations Digital Strategy and Change team.
  • Manage and prioritize the back log for Operations automation;
  • Manage projects from Operations stand point to implement new systems and perform UAT tests for new versions;
  • Automate manual process and procedures by using low code tools;
  • Provide support and maintenance of the automations developed;
  • Development of new reconciliations for Operations areas;
  • Creation of Management Reports and KPI Controls;
Qualifications Technical Skills
  • Office Package – (Excel Advanced Level);
  • Experience with low code applications
  • Desired knowledge in Power BI, Python and SQL;
Soft Skills
  • Analytical thinking;
  • Ability to develop and implement solutions;
  • Well Organized;
  • Good Communication skills;
  • Teamwork;
