Technical Sales Manager in Maritime and Offshore Industry We are seeking a skilled Technical Sales Manager to join our team in Rio de Janeiro. As a key player in the maritime and offshore sector, you will be responsible for driving business growth by creating and implementing effective sales strategies. About the Role: This is a dynamic opportunity for a results-driven sales professional with a passion for the maritime and offshore industry. You will build strong connections with key clients, create opportunities for new suppliers, and achieve sales targets contributing to the overall success of the company. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement effective sales strategies specific to the maritime and offshore industry in the region. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong connections with key clients to ensure exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction. Business Opportunities Creation: Create opportunities for new suppliers with established Brazilian end customers. Sales Target Achievement: Establish, meet, and exceed sales goals, contributing to the overall success of the company. Requirements: Qualifications: Graduation in Administration, Internation Relations, Production Engineering or related areas. Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in the Maritime and Offshore industry in Sales, Supply Chain or Technical Areas. Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation skills, teamwork abilities, strong commercial skills, goal-oriented, good MS Office, PowerPoint, and system tools skills, English Fluency. Differentials: CRM/ERPs Experience: Experience with CRM/ERPs is a differential. International Logistics Experience: Experience in international logistics, import/export is a differential.
