Sales Manager — Gas Turbine / Gas-Fired Power Units
A fast-growing international energy solutions provider is hiring Sales Managers to lead regional market development and commercial execution for its advanced gas turbine and power generation technologies.
Locations- Latin America : Brazil
- Local Hire | Full-Time | Permanent
Our client specialize in intelligent, integrated power systems — including containerized and custom power units (≤50 MW), mobile gas turbine sets, and energy storage-enabled microgrids. Their solutions are deployed globally in partnership with leading OEMs.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and develop commercial opportunities with end-users (power plants, industrial sites, oil & gas).
- Lead tenders, negotiations, and customer relationships from initial contact to project handover.
- Build and execute territory sales plans; manage pipeline and forecasting.
- Conduct market research and produce actionable insights.
- Represent the company at trade shows and industry events.
- Coordinate with technical and delivery teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Degree in Engineering (Power / Electrical / Mechanical or related).
- Mandatory experience in power sector sales, especially gas-fired or distributed power.
- Familiarity with grid-connection procedures and working with utilities.
- Strong negotiation and project management skills.
- Fluent English; additional language skills are a plus.
- Preferred : Experience with leading OEMs.
