We are searching the best talent for **Senior Finance Manager **to be in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
**Purpose**: We are looking for a premier talent with a track record of high performance, solid finance background and who is driven to make valuable contributions to the business, seeks challenge and loves learning.
**You will be responsible for**:
- Influencing business decisions based on analyses in order to meet or exceed financial commitments in the business and strategic plans.
- Provides financial leadership and guidance to business partners and finance staff. Ensures that appropriate financial processes and systems are in place in accordance with local government laws and corporate policies.
- At this level, the position has a greater degree of impact on the business results and typically, responsibility for leading a group of professionals.
**Qualifications**
Qualifications and requirements:
- Business support and FP&A experience are required. A minimum of 3 years of relevant management experience is required.
- Experience with SOX control is required.
- Regional and/ or global experience is required.
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Finance or CPA, CMA, CIMA will give advantage.
- Must have strong communication and influencing skills and ability to work autonomously to achieve defined objectives.
- Fluent in English and Portuguese is required.
