Strategic Marketing Analyst Position

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Strategic Marketing Analyst to join our team in São Paulo. This role will report directly to the LATAM Strategy Manager and be responsible for planning, executing, and controlling HCP plans.

About the Role:

  • Assist the LATAM strategy manager in the Planning, execution and control of HCP plans.
  • Support and co-created the strategy and execution of all brand business planning with emphasis on HCPs.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Support to Mandala process
    • BME planning and control along with LATAM BRAND SPECIALTY MANAGERS.
    • Guarantee Execution dashboards update & Performance presentation to the team at end of each month.
    • Support the creation of action plans to guarantee execution and brands results.
    • PO Management, invoicing and vendors management
    • Lead HCP forecasting of sampling and innovation process
    • Lead sampling meetings with demand planning to guarantee on time delivery and well management of the budget.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, finance.
  • Professional Business,
    organization,
    Strong communications skills,
    Strategical Thinking,
    Ownership and Analytical ability.
  • English intermediate mandatory
    Intermediate Spanish desirable.
  • Previous consumer health industry. Typically demonstrated by a minimum of 5-8 years industry experience.
  • Previous industry experience with system development and implementation.
