Overview

We are seeking an experienced headhunter to help us find engineers who are ready to embark on an adventure to Sweden. You will work with a global team of recruiters and a Swedish delivery management team to support relocation for our consultants. Our clients are primarily in software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions and application development. You will be part of a collaborative team that helps engineers and their families build a new career and life in Sweden.

Responsibilities

Your job will be to:

  • Find engineers who are ready to relocate to Sweden and inform them about the benefits of living and working there
  • Build trust with suitable candidates and guide them through the relocation process
  • Coordinate with a global team of recruiters and the Swedish delivery management team to handle relocation logistics
  • Support clients across software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions and application development
  • Plan and execute recruitment activities with colleagues in Albania, Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Colombia, Hungary, Kenya, North Macedonia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela and Vietnam
Required competence

(Please ensure this is documented in your CV)

  • At least 5 years of professional experience from recruitment in the IT sector, or similar technical experience
  • A solid and well proven network of local engineering talent within IT
  • Extremely service oriented, with a flexible mindset towards always finding the best solution for the challenge at hand
  • High quality and brand awareness
  • Understanding or interest in headhunting and the principle of IT outstaffing/outsourcing companies
  • Upper intermediate English
  • Some knowledge of contemporary IT technologies and the ability to learn new technologies
  • Analytical, well organized with attention to detail, with the ability to identify and close a recruitment request
  • Self confident, friendly, social and motivated
  • Resilient with the ability to persist through setbacks
  • Passionate about success with an executive yet relaxed attitude towards work, colleagues and customers
  • Responsive and responsible with a professional appearance
Extent & Duration
  • Start ASAP
  • Full time
  • Long term contract as a Private Entrepreneur
  • Minimum 12 months
  • Eight hours of efficient work per day, Monday to Friday
  • Overtime compensation 1:1 in flex
Location

You will be working from home or from a co-location center of your choice.

Remuneration

Remuneration starting at 1200 USD, plus remittance fees and taxes. Free national holidays with maintained payment. 20 paid vacation days. Paid travels, housing, and per diem.
