General ManagementOur General Management team is responsible for leading and overseeing our strategic direction, operations and performance. Together, we navigate and lead Reckitt through dynamic global and environmental changes, whilst looking ahead to the horizon for growth and sustainability opportunities.
We touch every part of our organisation, from developing and executing long term business strategies to ensuring financial health and budgeting. About the roleAt Reckitt, we're looking for a Business Planning Manager – Area to join our forward-thinking team, bringing analytical acumen and strategic insights that will drive our organisation's growth. Your responsibilities In summary, you'll:
- Create and put into action business plans that are in tune with company-wide goals, stimulating growth and profitability within your area.
- Perform comprehensive market analysis to guide informed decision-making and stay ahead of industry movements.
- Lead the forecasting and budgeting processes, guaranteeing precision and synchronicity with overarching objectives.
- Work hand-in-hand with sales, marketing, and operations to ensure strategies are brought to life seamlessly.
- Use advanced data analytics to extract insights, underpin choices, and measure strategy success.
- Identify risks to the business and create approaches to proactively mitigate and confront challenges.
- Track record of success in business planning within the consumer goods sector or similar industries.
- Exceptional analytical, quantitative, and financial modelling skills underlining previous market analysis and forecasting expertise.
- Demonstrated experience in liaising effectively with cross-functional teams and clear communication of business plans.
- Adept in project management, able to balance multiple priorities within a lively business setting.
- Proficient in using data analysis tools and technologies to translate numbers into strategy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to elucidate complex ideas to a range of audiences.
