**Dá uma olhada nos desafios que te esperam como Engineering Manager aqui no BV**:
- Participar de decisões de negócios, deverá entender sobre os desafios tecnológicos e fazer a ponte entre o técnico e o negócio.
- Fazer parceria com engenheiros, líderes de negócios, equipes de parceiros internos e externos para projetar e construir plataformas/produtos de tecnologia.
- Procurar oportunidades para simplificar os projetos, operações e planos de implantação; reduzir a complexidade enquanto fornece desempenho, agilidade e escalabilidade.
- Conduzir em meio a ambiguidade e sentir-se à vontade para tomar decisões, apesar de informações ou requisitos incompletos.
- Conduzir a direção estratégica da equipe e liderar com uma abordagem prática para a resolução de problemas; fornecer contexto, mas permitir que os membros individuais da equipe liderem seus projetos e iniciativas.
- Usar práticas ágeis para fornecer recursos em uma programação previsível.
- Gerenciar orçamentos da equipe de desenvolvimento para otimizar o desempenho.

- Excelente habilidade comunicativa para que seja possível alinhar negócio com a equipe técnica.
- Ter domínio em métricas ágeis (WIP, Throughput, Lead time...).
- Ter construído e liderado equipes de engenheiros de software de backend.
- Ter experiência prática na criação de serviços que orquestram cargas de trabalho de computação distribuídas em grande escala (nível gerencial).
- Comunicar e discutir decisões arquiteturais com outras equipes da empresa.
- Saber gerenciar o orçamento da equipe para direcionar gastos e investimentos e otimizar o desempenho da equipe.

- Ter experiências com plataformas cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure...).
- Ter experiência com sistemas distribuídos.
