ABOUT THE POSITION

As the Head of Customer Success, you will lead our customer success efforts and play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients satisfaction and success. In this position, you will oversee client engagement, manage team initiatives, and work collaboratively to enhance the quality of our services and the overall client experience. This role is an integral part of our commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and fostering lasting client relationships.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

As a Head of Customer Success, your daily tasks will include:

  • Client Engagement: Manage and lead the team in actively prospecting for new clients, overseeing client onboarding and engagement strategies.
  • Communication: Analyze and address client needs and requirements, serving as a point of contact for clients and the company.
  • Project Leadership: Lead and support the team in managing projects related to the acquisition of new client channels.
  • Strategic Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and exceptional client experiences and contribute to the development and implementation of client engagement and retention strategies.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

The ideal candidate for this position has:

  • Proven experience in a customer success or related role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Portuguese.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for exceptional customer service and client satisfaction.
