We are looking for an energetic, organized, and proactive Marketing Analyst to join our Brazilian team
We are scaling our business and structuring our marketing team and activities in Brazil. This is a great opportunity to work in a growing and dynamic start-up company in a hybrid model of work in our office in Campinas
**Requirements**:
- 2+ years of experience in Marketing
- Ag background is a differential, but not a must. (Must be willing to learn more about it)
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with both internal and external (consultancy and agencies) counterparts and stakeholders.
- familiarity with CRM and Marketing automation tools, as well as social media savvy.
- Advanced level of English is mandatory. The role requires full communication (verbal and written) with Taranis employees all over the world.
- Office Package - Word, Excel, etc.
- Available for a full-time job
- Based or willing to relocate to Campinas metropolitan area, and adopt a hybrid work scheme.

**Responsibilities**:
- Help develop our regional Marketing and Communication Plan, prioritize investment and marketing actions.
- Direct, monitor, and help evaluate the work of the outsourced marketing agency(s).
- Build and curate content (presentations, videos, articles ) that support Commercial team effectiveness.
- Organization and participation in fairs, events and training sessions (in-person and online);
- Assist Marketing budget conception, control and report.
- Develop a deep understanding of our customer journey and proactively identify opportunities for increase engagement from acquisition to retention.
- Monitor and analyze competition landscape in Brazil Ag Market.
