It is what makes this an exciting and rewarding place to be.The Pricing Strategy Manager for Brazil is a management role within the Medtronic Americas team, covering the functional area of Pricing Strategy. You will be responsible for managing the regional functional team, focuses on driving strategic and daily execution of pricing, contracting and tendering strategies and initiatives across all business units. You will have to ensure implementation of pricing & contracting foundation processes and governance across the entire region.**A Day in the Life**You will lead the sub-region strategy and will be part of the regional and global Pricing Management function, working closely with Medtronic Sales & Marketing leaders and the Finance team. Specifically, you will:- Define and manage the pricing structure and capability in line with the regional business and commercial strategy and goals.- Implement operating mechanisms across the region to strengthen the focus on pricing and contracting as key strategic and profit levers.- Implement key pricing & contracting processes and governance across the entire region.- Drive and monitor compliance to target prices and pricing guidelines.- Evaluate pricing trends and recommend actions to ensure pricing meets Regional strategic objectives.- Conduct analysis and build consensus with key stakeholders to drive agreement on appropriate pricing levels.- Use sound business judgment and strong financial skills to interact with Regional VP, regional Sales & Marketing Leaders, and other stakeholders.**Must Haves**- Bachelor’s degree completed.- Good knowledge about Excel and PPT tools.- Relevant experience in Pricing Strategy (5 to 7 years of experience).- Fluent English.**Nice to Haves**- Spanish.- Knowledge about the following tools: Vendavo, SAP & POWER BI.- Previous experience in Marketing is a plus.**We Offer**We offer a competitive salary and benefits package to all our employees:- Flexible working environment- Annual Incentive Plan % depending on company results.- Training possibilities via Cornerstone/Skills Lab- Employee Assistance Program and Recognize (Our global recognition program)**Our Commitment**Our unwavering commitment to inclusion, diversity, and equity (ID&E) means zero barriers to opportunity within Medtronic and a culture where all employees belong, are respected, and feel valued for who they are and the life experiences they contribute.
