Role Overview: We’re looking for an Influencer Manager to build, manage, and scale creator programs for our clients across organic social. What you’ll do Seed and maintain influencer / creator lists tailored to each client and vertical Own creator outreach, relationship management, and deal negotiations Coordinate posting timelines, deliverables, and approvals across creators Track performance (engagement, clicks, conversions) and report learnings Provide creative direction and real-time feedback to creators based on what’s trending and performing What we’re looking for Strong understanding of creator-led growth and performance content Comfortable negotiating rates, usage rights, and whitelisting terms Highly organized with strong follow-through and communication Data‑aware: you care about what performs, not just what looks good Requirements 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or general marketing Experience with Google Sheets, Excel, and basic data visualization Familiarity with advertising platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads) is a requirement Fluency in English (strong written and verbal communication skills) Extreme attention to detail – you triple-check your work and ensure everything is executed flawlessly.
