We’re changing the game for restaurateurs whether they’re entrepreneurs opening their first restaurant all the way through to your favorite global quick-service restaurant chains. What you’ll do Perform and oversee maintenance of HVAC systems in kitchens, restaurants or commercial facilities. Troubleshoot and perform minor electrical, plumbing and structural repairs . Manage contractors and vendors to ensure all maintenance, custodial, and TI work meets high-quality standards. Handle cost administration, budget management, and P&L responsibilities for facility operations. Monitor compliance with local codes, safety regulations, and building/health requirements. Maintain facility systems to minimize downtime and oversee preventative maintenance programs. What we’re looking for Strong experience with HVAC systems in commercial kitchens, restaurants, or similar environments. Background in electrical work , equipment repair, or building systems. Proven experience in budget management, cost control, and P&L oversight . 5–7 years of relevant work experience; 3–5 years in domain experience (property management, F&B, hospitality, malls, hotels). Ability to manage vendors, negotiate pricing, and maintain high operational standards. Strong understanding of facility maintenance operations and safety requirements. Flexibility to travel (RJ-BH) Demand for online food delivery is growing really fast In the last 5 years, just in the US, the overall market has expanded 10X from $10B to $100B, and could expand to $500B–$1T by 2030.
