This sweet job is available on 2nd Shift and 3rd Shift. Pay Rate: $26.72 /hour + Shift Differential.

Responsibilities
  • Create the highest-quality candy, turning raw materials into a delicious end-product.
  • Ensure packaging of products in an accurate and sanitary manner.
  • Safely use and care for production equipment and products.
  • Prepare ingredients in a timely manner.
  • Decorate products to ensure customer satisfaction and to create of an appealing product.
  • Adhere to all food safety regulations for sanitation, food handling, and storage.
  • Utilize a Manufacturing Execution System to maintain accurate production data records.
  • Pack products for shipping and distribution.
  • In some circumstances, operate equipment such as hand jacks and fork-lifts.
Qualifications
  • 1+ year Manufacturing/Production experience required. CPG / Food Manufacturing experience a plus.
  • Required physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Eagerness to work in a collaborative and high-growth environment.
  • Thrive in an energetic, fast-paced environment.
  • Committed to following and upholding Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's) including wearing hearing protection and personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Interest in working on high-speed production lines & conveyor belts which require dexterity to place and move product into finished packages and then into designated pallet configurations.
  • Flexibility of work assignment, department, and hours depending on business needs.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds and complete repetitive tasks throughout the day. Must be comfortable standing for up to 8 hours.
  • Must be able to read, write, and follow verbal and written instructions in English.
  • Must be comfortable working in a work environment with seasonal fluctuations in temperature.
