Overview

This is not a live job, we are interested in connecting with Recruiters who may be interested in joining Search Atlas in the future as our team grows. Fully Remote - work from anywhere. Timezone: EST or CST. Please submit your resume in English.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and managing offers
  • Execute sourcing strategies using a mix of outbound, inbound, and referral pipelines
  • Deliver strong candidate experience and clear communication throughout the process
  • Maintain structured, well-documented hiring processes in collaboration with the Recruitment Manager
Requirements
  • 4+ years of in-house recruitment experience across GTM, Tech, and Corporate roles
  • Proven success hiring in fast-paced, agile environments (BPO experience not applicable)
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptionally organized with a focus on process and follow-through
Salary & Benefits
  • $1,500-$2,100 per month/depending on your location and skills/experience
  • 15 Days Paid Time Off + Christmas Day + New Year\'s Day Paid Off
