About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in C++ programming language and experience with cross-platform library development for Android, iOS, Windows, and macOS.

This is a remote opportunity that requires collaboration with firmware engineers, test engineers, and designers to create world-class products. As a senior engineer, you will tackle complex technical challenges while adhering to rigorous software design and process principles in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Implement High-Quality C++ Code: Develop robust and efficient code for cross-platform applications.
  • Develop Unit and Integration Tests: Ensure reliability and stability by creating comprehensive unit and integration tests.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with firmware engineers, test engineers, and designers to deliver exceptional results.
  • Mentor Junior Team Members: Share your expertise and contribute to their growth and development.
Requirements:
  • C and C++ Programming Language Expertise: Proficient in both languages.
  • Experience with Unit and Integration Testing: Familiarity with testing methodologies.
  • USB and Bluetooth (Classic and BLE) Expertise: Knowledge of communications protocols.
  • Cross-Platform Library Development: Experience with developing libraries for multiple platforms.
  • CMake Build Procedures and Package Managers: Familiarity with build procedures and package managers.
  • Strong Knowledge of SDLC and Scrum/Agile Methodologies: Understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
  • Android/iOS Experience: Familiarity with mobile operating systems.
  • Swift Programming Language Expertise: Knowledge of the Swift programming language.
  • Kotlin and Java Programming Language Proficiency: Familiarity with Kotlin and Java programming languages.
  • Package Management Experience: Experience with package management tools.
  • CMake Expertise: In-depth knowledge of CMake.
