We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Specialist with experience in the travel industry to establish strong relationships with clients and drive business expansion. About this role: Responsible for managing existing client accounts within a designated territory. Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and identify new opportunities for growth. Key responsibilities: Cultivate regular business reviews with clients to assess their needs and provide tailored solutions. Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products or services to maximize revenue generation. Prepare reports on account performance, sales forecasts, and market insights. Requirements: Strong influencing and negotiation skills. Proven ability to work independently and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. Excellent commercial knowledge of the travel & hospitality industries. Project management skills. Proficiency in English as a working language.
