Innolcon is currently seeking Regional Sales Managers (International Market) based in Suzhou and Local Marketing Managers based in Brazil to drive our business expansion in the minimally invasive surgery sector. This is a full-time, on-site position, and you will play a key role in supporting our global growth strategy. Position Overview The Regional Sales Manager/Marketing Manager will be responsible for daily commercial operations, maintaining strong relationships with hospital customers, and coordinating with distributor teams across designated international markets. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to execute market strategies, manage channel performance, and ensure successful penetration of Innolcon’s minimally invasive surgical product portfolio. I. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute international market expansion strategies for the surgical product portfolio (ultrasonic scalpels, staplers, electrosurgical energy). Maintain strong product and industry knowledge; track market and competitor trends to support rapid market penetration. Utilize overseas customer resources to drive market growth, including establishing and managing global distributor networks. Support academic marketing activities and manage KOL resources to enhance brand visibility. Lead talent development and succession planning for the international sales team, including training, workflow optimization, target setting, task assignment, and performance management. II. Requirements Full‑time, on‑site role based in Suzhou, China/Brazil. Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Medicine, Pharmacy, International Business, Languages, or related fields. Minimum 3 years of overseas medical device/consumable sales experience; surgical product experience strongly preferred. Strong understanding of international market development with the ability to independently formulate and execute regional sales strategies. Proven distributor/channel development skills, with strong market insight and customer acquisition ability. Customer‑oriented, competitive, able to work under pressure, and open to overseas travel. Excellent communication, negotiation, and cross‑functional collaboration skills. Familiar with global medical device and surgical energy markets, with solid customer relationships and regulatory awareness.
