It offers both order books and on-chain perpetuals, empowering traders and stakers with unparalleled opportunities. Elevate trading with up to 1001x leverage, zero slippage, and competitive fees. Amplify liquidity provider (LP) returns with the highest yield among perpetual trading platforms via majority‑stablecoin LP pools. Role Identify, evaluate, and close strategic partnerships with protocols, KOLs, and ecosystems to drive volume and user acquisition. Develop and nurture relationships with institutional traders, market makers, and crypto‑native funds to increase platform liquidity and engagement. Collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering teams to align BD efforts with product updates, campaigns, and community growth. Attend and represent Aster at key industry conferences, AMAs, Telegram communities, and hackathons to build brand visibility. Requirements 5+ years of proven business development or partnership experience in a perpetual DEX or futures industry. Strong understanding of DeFi protocols, perpetual DEXs, and market structure. Ready network with protocols, KOLs, and trading communities to get on the ground running from day one. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to represent the company at industry events, panels, and online communities. Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, remote, and globally distributed team.
