A rapidly growing real estate investment company.**Top Performers and Sales Professionals Only**(This is NOT a cold calling job)Be prepared work with plenty of fresh leads and lock up 2-3 deals per week to help our growing operation.**Requirements**:**-Excellent English Proficiency**- Sales Experience, Solar or Real Estate related a PLUS- You must be detail oriented, diligent, reliable, and incredibly friendly on the phone so friendly it would be hard to stop talking with you- Be comfortable with CRM's and technology in general- Real estate cold calling experience a plus**Responsibilities**:- Receive/make calls from all avenues of marketing and evaluate all qualified leads.- Use script to qualify all leads.- Enter, maintain, track, and follow up with all Leads in CRM- Report to and assist Sales Manager by ensuring leads are properly qualified and offered.- Test and evaluate consumer response to different negotiations tactics and scripts.- Link the proper leads to the proper campaigns for accurate tracking and measuring. Work with Marketing Manager if necessary.- Analyze properties, look at comparables, and determine cash offers.- Evaluate properties and get contracts with potential sellers to purchase their home.- Actively seek referrals and introductions to networks of business owners.- Give ratified contracts to Closing Department.- Additional duties and/or responsibilities may be assigned as deemed necessary.- Hold to the highest ethical standards and use business judgment to balance the needs of the client with the needs of the company.Pay: R$6,000.00 - R$20,000.00 per month**Experience**:- 3 years (required)**Language**:- English (required)Shift availability:- Day Shift (preferred)
