Nossa área de CX é responsável por oferecer a melhor experiência aos nossos clientes, através do atendimento humanizado, empático e eficiente. Garantindo nossa qualidade em suporte e orientações.
Buscamos um Gerente para garantir a melhoria e desenvolvimento da equipe de CX em suas 3 faces: SAC; Backoffice e CX Analytics.
**Seus desafios serão**:
Desenvolver e acompanhar métricas e indicadores do time.
Mensurar índices para garantir o nível de satisfação dos clientes.
Estruturar a área de CX para um crescimento de alta escala.
Mapear a jornada do cliente e identificar oportunidades de melhoria
Melhorar os processos operacionais e estratégicos da área.
Gerenciar ferramentas para apoiar o crescimento da Telavita.
Disseminar a cultura de melhoria contínua e atendimento humanizado ao cliente.
**Experiências necessárias**:
Experiência em startups, empresas de tecnologia ou operações de alta escala.
Experiência com atendimento ao cliente
Experiência com atendimento Omnichannel
Experiência com gestão e desenvolvimento de pessoas
