We are looking for a Partner Support Analyst to join our Retail Partnerships team and drive transportation innovation by championing partner support and streamlining onboarding processes.
What you will do:

  • Lead the onboarding of retailers into Distribusion’s platform, managing the full process and maximising the connectivity between Brazilian carriers and retailers.
  • Continuously improve processes and address partner requests to enhance the onboarding experience and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, customer support, and content teams to continuously improve our underlying technology and processes.

Workplace:
We are mainly looking for this role to be based in Brazil . We are a remote-first company with teams located around the Globe.
Who you are:
  • You have 1+ years of experience with APIs and Postman and know your way around data, with strong SQL skills.
  • You have previous exposure to Zapier.
  • You are passionate about working with clients and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
  • You have a keen eye for detail, balancing accuracy with efficiency, and can communicate clearly across teams and geographies.
  • You thrive in fast-paced environments, quickly grasp new technical concepts, and are highly organized, managing multiple initiatives with shifting priorities and meeting deadlines. You speak English and Portuguese fluently.
