Backend Development Professional We are seeking a seasoned Backend Engineer with expertise in Java programming, software development methodologies, and the ability to design, develop, and maintain complex applications. The ideal candidate will have exceptional problem-solving skills, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and communicate fluently with team members, stakeholders, and non-technical individuals. Key Responsibilities: Exceptional problem-solving skills to identify and solve complex technical issues efficiently. Collaborate with frontend and backend components seamlessly. Communicates effectively and collaborates well within a team, sharing knowledge and mentoring junior developers. Shows a strong commitment to learning and staying up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends. Technology Requirements: 6+ years of experience as a backend developer. Proficient in Java 21, dependency injections frameworks, Relational and Non-Relational Databases. Emphasizes the importance of testing, automated testing frameworks, and writing unit tests. Designs RESTful APIs and architects software systems considering scalability, maintainability, and performance. Familiar with design patterns, microservices, and other software design principles. Utilizes tools like Git, Docker, and Kubernetes for development and deployment. Experience working with integration of payment processing platforms and API connections. Profile Requirements: Ability to learn quickly and work independently. Strong project management and interpersonal skills. A team player who enjoys collaborating with others. Experience in frontend development is a plus.
