Responsibilities
  • Healthcare Projects Implementation: Manage the rollout of healthcare projects, ensuring timeline planning and execution;
  • Health plan management : Evaluate and control the registration of the benefits database in relation to the payroll and provision healthcare to accounting;
  • Data Quality and Insights: Make sure benefit’s data is accurate and bring insights through data analysis;
  • Interact with the vendors : Analyze and apply the auditable regulations from regulatory agency to the benefits plan and ensure compliance and quality of services provided;
  • Primary Care Strategy : Strategically manage health programs and actions, monitor and control engagement indicators in Primary Care, promoting continuous improvements;
  • Primary Care’s Communication : Develop and implement proactive communication plans to promote the available benefits and health programs;
  • Benefits’ Communication : Ensure the best engagement and ensure employees have a clear view of their benefits, how to use it and their responsibilities of appropriated usage;
  • Executive Presentations: Creation of benefits’ presentations to stakeholders
Qualifications (Required)
  • English skills , minimum intermediate.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Actuarial Science, or related fields;
  • Experience with Microsoft Office , with advanced skills in Excel, and PowerPoint;
  • Benefits Expertise: Comprehensive understanding of benefits practices, with emphasis on health plans;
  • Data Analysis: Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data related to benefits and their costs;
  • Legal Knowledge: Familiarity with laws and regulations impacting benefits.
  • Clear Communication: Skill in conveying complex information about benefits in an accessible and understandable manner to employees;
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with various departments and stakeholders;
  • Project Management: Competence in managing and implementing benefits projects, ensuring they are completed within established timelines and budgets;
  • Proactive Problem Solving: Ability to identify and resolve benefits-related issues effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Power BI, and other Business Intelligence tools would be a plus;
  • Spanish would be a plus;
