Senior Health Benefit Analyst

As a key member of the Finance and Actuarial team, you will contribute to complex financial analyses and projects involving health benefit programs.
- Develop knowledge of client complexities by working across different profiles and managing deliverables for various clients.
- Demonstrate expertise in employee benefit plan design, underwriting, funding concepts, and health benefit tools.
- Be a key member on multiple employer client teams providing financial analyses and client deliverables across regions.
- Provide guidance on benefit plan analysis, cost avoidance, risk, and funding strategies.
- Review technical and consulting accuracy on client projects, including pricing, employee contributions, plan design alternatives, and reserves.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing client engagements and delivering quality results on time.
- Providing financial analyses and client deliverables across regions.
- Guiding junior colleagues and providing feedback.
- Developing and expanding client relationships.
The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge of health and welfare products & services, experience with big data analytics techniques, strong problem-solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, self-motivation, and analytical skills.
