Job Title: Total Rewards Lead Analyst Latam
Role OverviewThe Total Rewards Lead Analyst is a strategic business partner responsible for compensation and benefits strategy and design. This role provides leadership in implementing solutions that drive outcomes for the organization, talent, and growth objectives.
- Leads the development of local compensation and benefits programs, including health & welfare, perks, leaves, and disability, as well as broad base compensation strategies.
- Collaborates with business leaders, Human Resources, and Global Services to develop and deploy total reward solutions aligned with the company's overall strategy.
- Designs and implements change and communication strategies for rewards programs tailored to the HR community, leadership, and employees.
- Provides compensation & benefits expertise to support business objectives and implement solutions.
- Partners with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy total reward strategies.
- Leads the design and implementation of change and communication strategies for rewards programs.
