Compensation and Benefits Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Compensation and Benefits Administrator to oversee the compensation and benefits functions for our LATAM region. This role will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate processing of compensation and benefits transactions, including payroll, benefits administration, and compliance with federal and municipal laws.
Key Responsibilities:- Compensation and Benefits Administration: Oversee the development and implementation of compensation and benefits strategies to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Payroll Processing: Ensure timely and accurate processing of payrolls across 6 countries: Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, and Peru.
- Benefits Administration: Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with federal and municipal laws related to compensation and benefits.
You will also be responsible for preparing and maintaining accurate records and reports of compensation and benefits transactions, resolving discrepancies, and making recommendations for process improvements.
A successful candidate will have experience in managing teams, language skills in Portuguese, Spanish, and English, and extensive expertise in compensation and benefits administration in LATAM countries.
The ideal candidate will be able to provide excellent customer support, develop problem-resolution plans, and recommend process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our compensation and benefits functions.
