About the Role:
">The successful candidate will be responsible for defining strategy, designing, and implementing compensation and benefits programs in the Latam region. They will lead a team of compensation and benefits specialists, serve as a member of the Human Resources leadership team, and work in partnership with operational teams to deliver best-in-class Total Rewards programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement Total Rewards strategies that align with company goals and objectives
">Design and implement compensation and benefits programs that meet the needs of diverse employee populations
">Lead a team of compensation and benefits specialists to ensure effective program delivery
">Collaborate with HR teams to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
">Communicate program changes and updates to employees and stakeholders
">Analyze industry trends and benchmarking data to inform program design and implementation

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
">8+ years of experience in compensation and benefits management
">Advanced English domain required; Spanish desirable
">Understanding of compensation and benefits laws and regulations preferred
">Strong project management skills and experience in supporting large-scale projects
">Excellent analytical, consultative, influence, and negotiation skills
">Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate teams
">Demonstrated learning agility and passion for continuous improvement
">Strong sense of urgency, attention to detail, and exceptional teamwork and collaboration skills
