Global Rewards Strategist
We are seeking a Global Compensation and Benefits Specialist to join our team. This individual will co-build and implement international compensation and benefits strategy, focusing on key regions like North America, EMEA (Europe, the Middle East, and Africa), and APAC (Asia-Pacific).
- Conduct in-depth market studies (salary surveys, benefits trends) for the North America, EMEA, and APAC regions.
- Design and implement global and regional compensation plans (base salary, variable pay, incentive plans) and benefits packages (health, wellness, retirement, etc.).
- Analyze the cost-benefit of programs and propose efficient capital allocations that maximize ROI in people, without losing competitiveness and employee value.
Main Requirements:
- Proven experience in Compensation and Benefits, with a focus on international markets.
- Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and turn it into actionable strategies.
- In-depth knowledge of salary survey methodologies, compensation plan design (fixed and variable), and benefits management.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Psychology, Engineering, or a related field. They must be fluent in English and have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google Suite.
