Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits Strategist to develop and implement comprehensive compensation and benefits programs that align with our organization's strategic goals. This role requires strong analytical, communication, and project management skills to drive business outcomes and improve employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement total rewards strategies that support business objectives and enhance employee value proposition.
- Conduct market research and analysis to inform compensation decisions and ensure external competitiveness.
- Develop and manage compensation plans, including salary structures, bonus programs, and employee benefits packages.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate compensation and benefits into broader HR initiatives and talent management strategies.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to inform business decisions and optimize compensation and benefits investments.
- 5+ years of experience in compensation and/or benefits roles, preferably in a dynamic and matrixed organization.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- Proven expertise in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM) and proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
- Fluency in Spanish, English, and Portuguese, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
