We are seeking a Senior Compensation and Benefits Analyst to join our corporate office in Morumbi, São Paulo.
This role will act as a key player in the development and management of compensation programs that support business objectives.
The ideal candidate will have solid experience in compensation and benefits, with expertise in survey methodologies (Hay or Mercer) and a strong background in administration, finance, or related fields.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing compensation programs that align with company goals. They will also coordinate and implement the Annual Incentive Program and Variable Compensation Program for the sales force.
Additionally, they will conduct compensation and benefits surveys and propose corrective actions for any deviations. They will plan, coordinate, and implement salary reviews and revise salary tables according to the Hay methodology.
Key qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Finance, or related fields.
- Advanced English and Spanish skills - mandatory.
- Solid experience in Compensation and Benefits, with expertise in survey methodologies (Hay or Mercer).
