Job Title: Compensation and Benefits Professional

We are seeking a skilled Compensation and Benefits Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the short-term incentive program for the South Latam region, ensuring a total compensation package that is attractive and competitive in the external market.

About the Role

This key position involves full responsibility for managing the STI program jointly with the corporate group. The ideal candidate will have expertise in compensation analysis, restructuring of employee movements as requested by the local HR team, and building job offer letters for new joiners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Compensation Analysis: Provide salary analyses/review to the business and ensure all bonus employees eligible are included in the tool.
  • Benefits Management: Manage benefits contract negotiation, provide cost impacts analyses, and operational activities on supermarket, meal, and fuel requests.
  • Reporting and Data Validation: Ensure monthly reports and data validation for all employees in their respective benefit plans.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Economics; MBA or Master's Degree desired.
  • Proven experience in Compensation market know-how; Mercer and Towers methodology knowledge.
  • Fluent English and advanced Spanish skills (nice to have).
  • Heavy MS-Excel user.
