We're seeking an accomplished Total Rewards Senior Analyst to contribute to the development, implementation, and administration of our compensation and benefits programs in Brazil.
Main Responsibilities:- Design and implement effective compensation and benefits programs in Brazil.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure total rewards offerings remain competitive and compliant with local legislation.
- Craft and manage pay structures, salary reviews, and benefit offerings in collaboration with HR, finance, and external vendors.
- Analyze compensation market data, interpret salary surveys, and support strategic decision-making.
- Develop, update, and oversee job structures, salary plans, and short-term incentive programs.
- Spearhead salary reviews, promotions, merit increases, bonuses, and internal adjustments to ensure fairness and competitiveness.
- Create detailed salary analyses and executive reports for senior management, highlighting key metrics and recommendations.
- Provide guidance on compensation policies, job grading, and organizational structure as an internal consultant.
- Support global compensation projects and organizational structure reviews.
- Foster a culture of innovation and growth through competitive compensation packages.
To be successful in this role, you'll require strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to work effectively with diverse stakeholders. Prior experience in total rewards or a related field is highly desirable.
