Responsibilities Carry out service and maintenance tasks on turbochargers, both at company facilities and at customer sites in Brazil. Execute specialized technical support in accordance with Accelleron workflows, quality standards, and safety guidelines to ensure superior customer experience and operational excellence. Perform service tasks such as disassembly, cleaning, inspection, measurement and assembly of turbochargers, identify technical problems, and conduct remote and onsite analyses at workshops and field locations (ships, platforms, etc.) and thermoelectric plants. Perform installation, commissioning, maintenance, repairs, updates, renovations and replacements as required. Maintain customer satisfaction by completing service work per customer orders and expectations, building good relationships, understanding customer needs, and identifying new sales opportunities. Coordinate materials, parts and equipment to ensure availability and quality for service activities. Prepare all necessary documents and reports to be signed by the customer representative, report work done promptly and follow up as needed. Conduct maintenance inspections and reporting, capture parts details and measurements. Identify potential equipment failures proactively, troubleshoot failures, and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Propose suggestions for product and quality improvement, communicate findings within the organization and provide recommendations to management to enhance operations and customer service. Apply safety rules, environmental responsibilities and quality processes; report unsafe practices and incidents. Background & Qualifications Technical training in Mechanics with an active CFT (Mechanical Technician Certificate). Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance and service of rotating machinery, engines, or preference for turbochargers and large combustion engines in the maritime sector. Experience in mechanical assembly and disassembly, including use of precision measuring instruments, hand tools, hydraulic and pneumatic tools. Preferably certified or experienced in lifting operations, overhead crane handling, electric forklift operation, work at height, and compliance with industrial safety standards. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, Planner, etc.). Intermediate English language skills. Availability for national and international travel to execute services and training. Active driver’s license and passport. Core Competencies Familiarity with regulations and rules, following management guidelines. Location: Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Modality: Workshop and Field (customer site) activities, weekly schedule adapted to customer demand. Flexibility to work outside normal business hours.
